How do you ensure the wine is safe during transit?
We use industry-leading, reinforced cardboard packaging and protective inserts designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage and maintain temperature stability during shipping.
What is your policy on 'corked' or faulty bottles?
If you believe a bottle is corked or otherwise faulty, please retain the bottle and the liquid and contact us within 30 days. We will provide a full refund or a replacement bottle upon verification.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT Monday through Thursday are eligible for next-day delivery within the UK mainland. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order quantity at Hic! Wine Merchants; you are welcome to purchase a single bottle or mix and match a full case of twelve.
Can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link from our courier partner so you can monitor your wine's progress in real-time.

Absolutely. Our expert sommeliers have included tasting notes and food pairing suggestions on every product page to help you find the perfect match for your meal.
