Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with seals intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Notify the Cellar Team

    Contact us via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to report any issues, including your order number and photos of any transit damage.

    Secure the Goods

    Repackage the wine securely in its original transit packaging to ensure the bottles are protected during their return journey to our warehouse.

  • 3.
    Arrange Collection

    We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for a courier collection at a time that suits you, depending on the reason for the return.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our team receives and inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
