The Château La Mascaronne Rouge is a Côtes de Provence red wine that blends Syrah (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) grapes. The terroir of Château La Mascaronne is ideally suited for the production of fine red wine and the vineyards used to craft this wine are perfectly situated at a higher altitude on the estate. At the winery only the finest berries are used and after fermentation a portion of the wine is aged for one year in French oak barrels. Intense and complex, with excellent structure, Château La Mascaronne Rouge is most enjoyable five to ten years after harvest. A dark, intense red wine, deliciously fruity with hints of pepper and oak.
