After malolactic fermentation the Petit Chablis is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 months to preserve all the freshness of the Chardonnay grape variety. The Vincent Dampt Petit Chablis has a wonderful fruitiness and tangy character which is specific to the appellation.
