The ‘Pretty Pony’ Cabernet Merlot is the flagship wine of Kanaan and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (90%) and Merlot (10%). The vineyards are located in the picturesque eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, which has an arid climate, seeing very little rain throughout the growing season. The climatic conditions have the capacity to produce very high-quality wine grapes in fact, this vineyard sits in what is referred to as the 'golden zone' for grape cultivation. This wine is full of ripe, rich fruit flavours tangled with a blend of sweet spices . On the nose you can expect delicious notes of clove, vanilla, and chocolate truffle.
